RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your order, you must return the product within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in a condition that allows us to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Customers are responsible for any reduction in the value of a product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning the product. We will provide appropriate instructions and, where required by applicable law, cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs paid for the order, where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide proof that the product has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pawciara.com. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions
